Turning off Email Forwarding using the Forwarding Option:

Log in to Outlook:
- Open your web browser (like Chrome, Safari, etc.).
- Go to the Outlook website: outlook.com.
- Enter your email and password to log in.

Go to Settings:
- In the top-right corner of your screen, look for a little gear icon (⚙️).
- Click on it to open "Settings."

Go to Forwarding Settings:
- In the new settings window, click on "Mail" on the left side.
- Then, click on "Forwarding" under the "Accounts" section.

Turn Off Forwarding:
- If email forwarding is on, you will see a box that says "Enable forwarding."
- Uncheck the box that says "Enable forwarding" to stop emails from being forwarded automatically.
- Click "Save" at the bottom to make sure it’s turned off.
Turning off Email Forwarding using Rules:

Go to Settings Again:
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your Outlook screen.
- Then, click on "View all Outlook settings."

Go to Rules Settings:
- In the settings window, click on "Mail" on the left.
- Then click on "Rules" under the "Automatic processing" section.

Find the Rule for Forwarding:
- You’ll see a list of rules. Look for any rules that might be forwarding your emails.
- If you find a rule that says something like “Forward all messages” or “Redirect messages,” click on it to open the rule.

Delete or Turn Off the Rule:
- You can either delete the rule by clicking "Delete" or turn it off by unchecking the box next to it.
- Click "Save" to make sure the changes are saved.
