ICHS strives to provide flexible access to courses, course content, ICHS platforms, and ICHS third-party vendors; however, out-of-country access may be limited or not available. The College does not guarantee access outside of the United States to ICHS platforms and course content. Prior notification and approval are required for students traveling outside of the U.S. requesting access to course content. Students must submit the following information:
1. Dates of travel
2. Location of travel
3. Submission of travel tickets/confirmation that includes dates of travel
4. Once arrived at the destination country, submission of immigration documentation of entry into the country (i.e., passport stamp or other documentation provided by immigration upon arrival). Must include date of arrival.
5. Public IP address at the exact location using the internet access point that will be used during the time of travel to do coursework.
6. ATI username if applicable.
Go to What Is My IP? What Is My IP Address? See Your Public IPv4 & IPv6.
See Your Public IPv4, IPv6, and Location to find the public IP address and take a screenshot. This must be completed after arrival at the destination point and sent to support.
Please note, this does not guarantee access to courses, course content, ICHS platforms, and ICHS third-party vendors.
Some countries or locations may be blocked or prohibited due to security threats. Therefore, it’s essential to check with the College prior to travel to determine the potential international availability of course materials. Missed coursework, exams, projects, and homework may not have a make-up opportunity available, and students may receive a zero for missed assignments and exams.
You can submit a ticket or email support@ichs.edu.
