Cannot Access Elsevier Links (Error: Not Authorized)

What To Do?

1.  Make sure you access Sherpath/Elsevier links through your Canvas account.
2.  Access https://evolve.elsevier.com and verify the account email you are using. It must be the correct ICHS student email. You can also check this link for your guide: Elsevier Support Center
3.  Make sure you enter ICHS as your school/institution on your Elsevier's account.
4.  Try to clear your browser's history, cache and cookies.  Close your web browser, login to your Moodle account and access the Elsevier Links

5. If issue still persists, email [e-mail] and make sure to provide the complete details of your issue.

6. Wait for the ICHS Support Team to give you an update.
