What To Do?
- Make sure you access Sherpath/Elsevier links through your Canvas account.
- Access https://evolve.elsevier.com and verify the account email you are using. It must be the correct ICHS student email. You can also check this link for your guide: Elsevier Support Center
- Make sure you enter ICHS as your school/institution on your Elsevier's account.
- Try to clear your browser's history, cache and cookies. Close your web browser, login to your Moodle account and access the Elsevier Links
