Issue: When clicking the link for the Elsevier Interactive Drug Calculation Application from Canvas, it is not loading completely and it doesn't redirect to the application.
Cause: Pop-ups and redirects set to "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects".
How to resolve the issue?
1. Open your web browser's settings and go to Privacy and security.
2. Go to Site Settings and open Pop-ups and redirects.
3. Enable the "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects".
4. Go back to Canvas and reload the link.
5. If issue persists, try clearing browser's cache, cookies and history.
